The iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) is the leading Land provider and Real Estate services in Fiji. TLTB invites applications from qualified and experienced individual for the position of Regional Manager Central & Eastern based at the TLTB's Office in Suva.
The Regional Manager will lead and manage an effective and efficient lease management services for the Central & Eastern Region. The role also includes the facilitation of lease creation and regional development opportunities.

The key outcomes include:

• Leadership and management of the regions operations and resources

• Development and implementation of strategies for achieving revenue targets

• Stakeholder services and relationships developed and strengthened in the region

• Developing and growing regional activities in the interest of the landowning units

• Meeting cost reduction/containment and workload targets.

• In partnership with Manager Research & Development, identify opportunities for iTaukei land use within the region.

• Reporting on regional matters to Board and management

• Ensure compliant regional activities
Minimum requirements:

The successful candidate will have:
• A post graduate certificate or postgraduate diploma in Real Estate/Land Management or degree in Real Estate Management & Land Use Planning or relevant discipline and should have over 10 years relevant experience in senior management level, 5 of which is in a similar role,

• Extensive experience in natural resource management, in particular land policy analysis, development work in sustainable land use related issues

• Good understanding and knowledge of the iTaukei Land Acts, iTaukei Land management legislation and systems, current international issues on indigenous Landownership and their rights;

• An excellent interpersonal skills

• Good people management and communication skills, decision-making and organizing skills

• High degree of computer literacy

• Passionate in continuous improvement and development of TLTB.

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for reviewing existing business systems to improve operational efficiency, customer service and compliance. The position will also recommend new business systems based on improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness.

MSAF has or is in the process of implementing a number of systems in the support areas however the operational effectiveness relies on extensive amounts of information, scheduling and responding to time frames. This position would be expected to make significant efficiency gains in a short period utilizing existing systems or systems easily accessed from Virus control to full outlook capability, document management etc.

Preferred : Degree in System Analyst/Programming/Application or Software Engineering /Computer Science and Information Systems
Desirable : Post Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Business Systems or Application/Software Engineering or Computer Science and Information Systems
Must be able to demonstrate:

• understanding of modern applications
• expertise in new business technology applications; web, cloud, smart systems
• Experience in analyzing systems and improving efficiency
• High level of computer literacy and system understanding - hardware/networks, software, internet/web etc

Experience in establishing ISO 9000 compliance would be an advantage
