Key Responsibilities include
• Focal point of co-ordination between commercial, Flight Operations, Cabin Services and OCO on all crew demand inputs and amendments,
• Analyse commercial schedule requirements.
• Control costs associated with the effective utilization of Flight and Cabin Crew,
• Manage incidental, significant external costs associated with aircrew activity hotels and ground transport).
• Carry out analysis surrounding crew basing, crew work rules and other factors that influence costs and productivity of aircrew
• Ensuring prompt and timely receipt of all required inputs to begin roistering process_
• Supervision and input into the monthly production of aircrew rosters.
• Ensuring accurate collation of training requirements, leave allocations and aircrew roster requests.
• Checking of monthly roster output with regard to equalization, safety, legality and fatigue and lifestyle issues.
• Ensuring that all scheduled duties are fully crewed including reserve coverage.
• Ensuring the collation of accurate reports with regard to Standby Coverage and Training summaries etc.
• Controlling Riles and parameters within the AIMS Systern.
• Control of all AIMS related documentation including updates to training Manuals.
• Provision of training and updates for all Crew Planning staff.
• Identifying potential process improvements_
§ Contributing concepts for consideration in industrial and company policy.
• Proactive identification and monitoring of all staff training arid development needs
Qualification & Experience
A highly motivated, proactive and flexible individual with the following knowledge and experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Crew Resourcing environment, preferably at management level
• Detailed knowledge of Crew Flight Time Limitations
• Detailed knowledge of Pilot and Cabin Crew Collective Agreements
• Technical know-how within the AIMS System
•
• Personal communication expertise
• Statistical analysis background and skills
• High level of competence using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• An understanding of day to day operational considerations and impacts
• _Knowledge rtf commercial business expectations and financial and budgetary knowledge
• Knowledge of international aviation principles and practices

The Regional Manager will lead and manage an effective and efficient lease management services for the Central & Eastern Region. The role also includes the facilitation of lease creation and regional development opportunities.
The key outcomes include:
• Leadership and management of the regions operations and resources
• Development and implementation of strategies for achieving revenue targets
• Stakeholder services and relationships developed and strengthened in the region

Minimum requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
• A post graduate certificate or postgraduate diploma in Real Estate/Land Management or degree in Real Estate Management & Land Use Planning or relevant discipline and should have over 10 years relevant experience in senior management level, 5 of which is in a similar role,
• Extensive experience in natural resource management, in particular land policy analysis, development work in sustainable land use related issues
• Good understanding and knowledge of the iTaukei Land Acts, iTaukei Land management legislation and systems, current international issues on indigenous Landownership and their rights;
• An excellent interpersonal skills
• Good people management and communication skills, decision-making and organizing skills
• High degree of computer literacy
• Passionate in continuous improvement and development of TLTB.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic person for the role of Production Manager.
Responsibilities
This position will be reporting to the General Manager. Responsibilities will mainly involve:
• Being the crucial link between log supply and sales;
• Production planning, implementation and monitoring;
• Ensuring daily targets are met;
• Working with engineering division to ensure preventative maintenance is carried out thereby reducing production downtimes;
• implementation of budgets and production plans;
• HR development and management in production division.
Qualification & Experience
The successful candidate must be suitably qualified in a similar field or relevant discipline and have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of plywood/veneer processing line and sawmilling would be advantageous.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills combined with the 7 ability to work in a demanding multi-cultural environment is essential.
Package
$35,000 base salary per annum with performance based review, but could be higher based on experience/ Qualifications.
